14 days, no questions asked. If SkillMOO Pro isn't what you wanted, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get all of it back. You don't have to justify it, and we won't try to talk you out of it.
We don't offer a free trial. We think a subscription you can undo is more honest than a trial that quietly turns into a charge you forgot about — but that only works if the undo is real. So the refund window is the trial: buy it, use it properly, and if it doesn't earn its ¥19.9, take your money back.
Cancelling any time before a renewal date means you're never charged again — that's the normal way to stop.
But if a renewal charged you and you didn't want it — you meant to cancel, you forgot you had it, you hadn't used it that month — tell us and we'll refund that renewal. We'd rather return ¥19.9 than keep money from someone who didn't want to spend it. We may decline this if it's clearly being repeated to get the service for free.
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. This policy meets or exceeds that right and never reduces it. Consumers elsewhere keep whatever rights local law gives them, regardless of anything written here.
Our reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record, so Paddle processes the refund back to your original payment method. Either route works:
Refunds typically land back on your card within 5–10 business days once approved; the exact timing is your bank's, not ours.
Nothing else — the free tier is free, and Pro is the only thing we charge for. There are no setup fees, no add-ons, and no minimum term.
Please email us before opening a chargeback. A chargeback costs us a fixed fee regardless of who's right, takes months, and gets you your money slower than just asking us would. We have never refused a good-faith refund request.
