Everything goes here — support, billing, refunds, press, partnerships. We aim to reply within 2 business days. If you're emailing about billing, please write from the address you bought with, or include the order reference from your Paddle receipt.
The fastest route for anything technical is a GitHub issue: github.com/shawnc000/skillmoo-web/issues. It's public, so don't put anything sensitive in it.
Please tell us — it's how the ratings get better, and we'd rather hear it than not.
Every grade ships with a machine-readable vector string (it looks like
SMV:2.0/S:100/T:45/K:100/R:100/O:75/G:B/GATE:R/E:full). Include it, plus the skill's
source URL and what you think we got wrong. That vector tells us exactly which axis to re-check,
so a concrete appeal usually gets a real answer rather than a form reply.
We'll re-measure. If we were wrong, the grade changes and we'll say so. If we still think the grade is right, we'll tell you why rather than quietly ignoring you. What we won't do is change a grade because someone asked forcefully or paid — see the Terms.
Found a vulnerability in SkillMOO itself? Email [email protected] with “SECURITY” in the subject and we'll prioritise it. Please give us a chance to fix it before disclosing publicly. We won't threaten you for reporting in good faith.
Found a malicious skill we graded as safe? That's the most valuable email we can get. Send the source and we'll re-analyze immediately — a false clean is the worst failure a rating authority can have.
SkillMOO is built and operated by Shawn C., an independent developer based in China. Not a company, not a team — one person. Which is the whole reason every rating is computed rather than negotiated: there is nobody here to lobby.
Purchases are sold by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record — their company details and address are at checkout and on your receipt. For anything about an order, the fastest route is still to email us; we'll sort it with Paddle.
